I just called electronic expo and they said my order was shipped today. They gave me the tracking number over the phone and I should have it tomorrow. I guess the website is not up to date on order status yet.

I assume your plugging the headphone's directly into your laptop's headphone input. That's probably why they all sound bad. Ad700 is very revealing. Did you listen to it with the ipod touch or just the laptop? Could you tell a difference between each source? Also what music do you listen to?

hifiman ef2 drives my hd600 pretty well. 10 o'clock position on the volume dial is quite loud.
