are the IQ3 very bright ? How is the bass definition ? I would be listening to a lot of industrial/techno/ambient sounds, will the KEFs do any justice to that?- western120

Since they are now official: Nano 4G and iPod Touch 2G Sound Quality Thread
I got my touch today and I found the SQ to be kinda alright.. Well I guess I was hoping it would match up to my samsung but I am rather disappointed. I don't think it is even close to ZUne. There is certainly no to less hiss compared to samsung but the audio quality is certainly not there. Holy...- western120

What do you consider to be the best player in terms of sound quality?
You should look into samsung P2 players if you want amazing sound quality. I have used sony, cowon, sansa, zune in the past. And IMO the best audio quality is offered by samsung.- western120

Cowon D2 Vs Zune
I have had the D2 and Zune 8gb. D2 is certainly better sounding and the with the great EQ you can custom the sound according to your preference. I used them with Shure 530s and I actually heard hissing on Zune and not on D2( that's my ears though). Zune certainly sounds great but IMO it's...- western120

Too much choice: Sansa Fuze, Sony NWZ A818/Creative Zen (8GB-4GB)
today I got the samsung YP K3 and I must say it is freakin awesome. I have had sony, cowon, and zune in the past. And I am loving Samsung the most. It has amazing sound. SQ Very close to that of sony but with little of that synthetic sony bass. OMG I am loving this.- western120

looking to upgrade from Shure se210
SA6 could be obtained from soundearphones for 200 but that was only during the 4th july week. You can still PM Michael and I am sure he will send you a great price on SA6's.
