The problem is that in order to play games with the pioneer, the sound from the game needs to be Dolby Digital or DTS (or dolby pro logic) and then you have to get it to the pioneer processor. I dont play so many games myself, and the ones I have havent had dd. If it was to work without the...

If it doesnt damage the amp then Ill stop from turning it on and off and just put the volume down, cause I realy hate that pop in the phones when you turn on the amp, Ive read it doesnt damage them but I still think "auch!" every time I hear it

dunno how complex you are thinking of, but personally I liked the "SQL in 21 days" from sams for learning SQL from scratch, not too thick book and not too much bs like many books have. I dunno about ms access tho.... ms just loves to put in properitary stuff in their solutions

I'll have to get back to cables later, right now Im running the pioneers to see how burn in affects the performance, any idea what volume I should have them on during the burn in? normal or maxed out?

Im not sure the dh setting would have anything to do with the clipping, I run mine on dh 2 and as far as sound and 3d effects go, I think they are really nice, my only sound issue is the clipping of bass, but I will find something to hook them up to and play them untill the batteries run out...

if my speakers distort? no, Ive never heard my speakers distort like that, my ht setup is capable of much louder volumes than I can play it at cause of other ppl living on the other side of my living room wall as well as right above me. Actually that scene is really cool with my ht setup...
