Another OCD question
I've asked one OCD question before, and thanks to you people, it has been slightly relieved:-) However, I've unfortunately got another. Let's say if you drop a pair of sennheiser pxc headphones in its carry case from knee height, would it do any damage to them (i.e. do you think the soft case...- fried_potatoes

Please help an OCD individual by answering headphone question
Hi, could somewhat please give me an answer (yes/no) to my following questions: 1. I was running pink noise for about 3 hours to burn in my headphones. Then I accidentally pulled the plug out half-way i.e. only one channel disconnected. I reconnected it immediately. The volume was not...- fried_potatoes

Damage to Headphones when connecting with volume up AND connection pop/click?
This is probably an extremely NOOB question. I've tried to search for the answer on this forum, but have got a general idea in that the following may not damage headphones. However, I just need a bit of reassurance 1. I was running pink noise for about 3 hours to burn in my headphones. Then I...- fried_potatoes

Sennheiser PXC 450 VS Sennheiser PXC 350 VS Bose QC 2 VS Bose QC3
Hi everyone, I've just joined Head Fi not long ago and have been trying to search for reviews and opinions on the differences between the PXC 450, PXC 350, and QC2. I've found some lose threads and posts here and there, but nothing of great detail. I guess when it comes down to...- fried_potatoes

Can headphones buzz even when they are not plugged in?
Hi Webby2001, I've just also purchased a pair of Sennheiser's PXC 450. I've got the same problem. You're not crazy. I thought I was hallucinating...then I saw this post. Thank goodness for that, or I'd have to prescribe myself some drugs:-( Anyway, I've taken out the battery and the problem...- fried_potatoes
