Another MP3 Player Recomendation
Technically you can make playlists on the fly with an iPod, but there is a 1,000 track limit, which can be annoying at times!- GSTom1

Question for Zen Vision:M Owners
I think the Zen Vison: M has 16MB of buffer memory. That means that each time it plays, it should load two or three MP3s into the memory at a time. If you're playing in normal mode, the Zen will know which songs to play next and will load 16MB at a time into memory. However, if you are on...- GSTom1

Zen Vision M
A lot of people go ghetto and just carry their Zen Vision: M with the sync adaptor and then connect a lineout from there. However, the sync adaptor doesn't stay that firmly in place and you would probably need yo find a way to secure it in place. Certainly not the greatest solution, but workable.- GSTom1

Forbes: Zune Stinks
You should read Austin Vaughan's of DAPReview initial impressions of the Zune. Appearantly you have to jump though hoops to get this thing to connect with your PC. - The Zune in a non-MTP compliant device which can cause a whole bunch of headaches. - Need to have an MSN e-mail account or...- GSTom1

It's too bad they don't make AUX line-in ports as standard equipment all all new car stereos. With the number of portable devices out there (mp3s/daps, media players, cell phones), it really makes sense!- GSTom1

gigabeat S beats ZVM in CNet Prizefight!
I think a lot of it is subjective, such as looks. I prefer the Zen Vision: M over the Gigabeat. I think it has a better screen and great sound. Plus, I've never liked the controls of the Gigabeat, though the touchstrip of the Zen Vision: M is not that great either!- GSTom1

CNET Asia has just completed its review of the Zen Vision W. It scored an 8/10, which is not bad, and received an Editors Choice.
