I've read it doesn't fit the UE tripfi cables but haven't been able to find any info on using the custom cables from UE/Westone with the IE8s.. do they work?   Specifically I'm using the enyo cable for UE customs...   looked through a few pages of search threads but nothing concrete =(

Hoping to get the iphone soon and my concern is cos the prongs on the UE cables are recessed so i'm not sure if it'd fit or work at all with other IEMs with the same jacks like westone/freqs etc?

Hi all, how durable are your amp/ipod ICs or LODs... Been looking around at some DIY ppl (Stevenkelbys) and at the qables special offer... Basically stevenkelby has lifetime warranty whereas the qables offers have only limited warranty.. probably that's why they're more affordable too...

I've been reading about some ICs having switchcraft jacks... what're they? Is it a sound thing or a fit thing? Would they be ok on say a meier headsix amp?
