I have rolled in some mullard 6dj8 tubes. This creates a thicker, fuller sound than the stock tubes. Tends to lack a bit of immediacy for me. Just put in some Telefunkens and the provide a much more detailed and immediate sound. Really nice tubes with this amp and HD600s.

I have a DAC that I am upgrading to play CDs through. I will still be playing the iPhone straight through the amp. Any suggestions for how to connect the iPhone to the DAC using coaxial? The only real option for doing this is through the Pure i20.

Got just over 40 hours on HD600s. They have opened up and become much more detailed and involving then they were right out of the box. Running them through iMac and iPhone right now. Looking for a tube amp. Schiit Vallhalla or a woo amp perhaps.
