hi, everyone, i have been using my w30 for 2 years already and i still love it. But there has really bad happens last night when i tried to replace the cable, i broke the connector from the cable side and left it in the other end of the iem, as the warranty just passed couple days, i  contact...

My dealer ask me to sent them a closeup photo after they looked at the photo I posted here..after they looked at the closeup photo...they said that is not a crack...sounds like they don't want to exchange for me. So I contact Westone... They said I should contact my dealer for the first 30...

Actually i was trying to deal with the dealer at first..and they agree to exchange for me at first... But then they said that is not a crack... So I am not going to waste more time with them...I just contact Westone this morning and wait for their reply.

i dont see any 'Quality Control' snippet inside the box, only quick reference insertion guide and user manual

i think the cracks will get worse over time, they still need me to take more photos for them to look at before they get me a RA#

I emailed earphone solution last night and got their reply a while ago...I will send it back for a replacement.

I received my w30 yesterday, everything is okay except I found a crack in both of the iem, I am not sure if it is after I switch the cable.
