  Hope they've sorted it out by the time your unit arrives. However, my Hugo has both the new chassis and the bluetooth problem.   It is unusable with iPhone 5, Dell XPS 18, Google Nexus 7 and Macbook Air. 

  Thanks for the tip, and I'm glad you've kind-of sorted out the issue. However, it's not really an acceptable solution for a £1400 piece of hifi equipment IMHO. Chord really need to sort this out.
