wich should i buy? and why? , I have 300$  to spend

Hi friends, I want to buy  headphones that can blow my mind. I have 300"$ to spend and i want  headphones that are good for listening to music at home or on streets, to mix and sound checking because I am planing to study to be an audio technician, so i need something that suits me for that life...

Does somebody knows any program to burn in headphones?? I want to burn in my M50s with: 44 minutes white noise. 30 minutes rest. 56 minutes grey noise. 30 minutes rest. 37 minutes green noise  67 minutes rest. any ideas ?

so Iam planing to buy an ATM M50 but they are the old ones( the blue box) should I get de new ones ( white box ), Iam buying it for 130$ ( the blue ones ), the ones that comes in the white box cost 200 $ , please help me to decide , Iam very confuse :S
