where would i find a used pair of those ultrasone's? also, how comfortable are they?

as the title says.. i'm looking for something in that price range, preferably closed, or semi-closed. i have considered the senn HD580's for quite some time but am just wondering if there is something better out there for the money. mostly general usage, rock/metal/electronic/easy...

not sure if i want to sell them, so can i pick up a pair of more comfortable pads to use with them when i'm not using my new 580's? where would i look for these pads?

what about the sony MDR-605LP? open air... anyone have experience with them?

I just had another person tell me to pick up the senn 580's... that way i could add an amp later, and with the 20 dollar rebate... those sonys are so darn expensive... we've sort of surpassed my 150 budget...

i never really even though of that but i would say that as far as the sound goes, soundstage would probably be #1 on the list. deep and bassy is always nice, but i have 5.1 speakers for that sooo that really isn't that important... i would say that the lower tones are more important though...

those sonys do look really comfortable... anyone else?

i would prefer the open air just so that i can hear what is going on around me, i usually play at a lot of lan parties and like to be able to hear people talking.
