I did it. For $152.94AU, my new Audio Technica ATH-WS99 Solid Bass is enroute to Tenso! Should be arriving there tomorrow (my birthday, which would be great) or the day after, and then I'll get to see exactly what the shipping costs are. I'm so pumped!

Not sure why but I just went back to Jaben to trial out the WS99s and the ES700s for the 3rd time. While the upper mids of the ES700 are sweeter than honey especially at the climax of a song (nearly sends shivers), I feel like the WS99s' additional oomph to the bass region just makes it more fun...
