After doing some searching, I previously had the MKII version and now only the classic is available?  Are they the same design and sound quality??

I did, they were 3 months out. They said they don't fix them & offered me a new pair for 150$. So I thought what do I have to lose by trying to fix them.

One side of my pair has cracked in half. I want to solder the wires back and try to glue case back together. There are two wires red & green. However the posts that they attach to in the wire portion of the ear piece both leads are silver. Does it matter which wire goes where, if so how can I tell?
