The Mojo manual recommends a least a 1 Amp charger. Can you charge the Mojo with a 2 Amp iPod charger (apart from the cable of course)? Or is 1 Amp the maximum? Sorry, I'm not a physicist or an electrian.... So I have no clue.

@Frank I I would be great to hear your opinion on the DAC in the HDVD800. The HDVA600 is just a tad less expensive so I'd prefer not to spend those extra few hundred bucks, if the DAC did not match the quality of the amp itself.

The Fiio is very portable, good build quality with a nice volume knob. I always use it with the M50.    Still, like you, I wonder what the upgrade from the M50 would be when they are worn down. 

I agree with Hoagie. I use the M50 with an iPod Classic and the Fiio 11. It's a cheap and very good upgrade.
