My ZX1 + Westone ES5 is a match made in heaven, I don't think I could find a better match if I tried. Have used this combo for 6 months now and love it to death.

I only really listen to Electronic, some classical/instrumental, and some female popish rock, but I find that the ES5 can handle any genre. It is right in the middle of a nuetral and dark signature which I find to be an extreme plus because it makes bassier, darker, and neutral/reference...

Meh, I tested all the ath portables and imho only goid price/performance one is the ES-700

My ES5 are green so I welcom the greening of the cable - it matches :D

Any music player will normally change sound signature slightly, iTunes vs foobar etc. Every music app i tried on ZX1 had slightly different sound but I decided to stick with stock one because it sounds best to me and has no glitches, works with side buttons etc. I also liked VLC but it was too...

I also got orange case when I git my refit back - I always use it. My setup looks like this: Orange case, ES5, cleaning cloth, anti moisture packets.

I get a little hiss with ES5s too, kinda funny that iPhone 4s has almost no hiss, while the ZX1 does. Although I never notice it while listening to music so it doesn't bother me. Probaly only thing I can take points off for this DAP after 2 weeks or so of use. Very minor problem tho, IMO. P.S...

I know nothing about camera-fi but I use a Canon Rebel Xt that was handed down to me by my step dad. It takes pictures, lol. Absoluely no clue with how it compares to newer cameras etc.
