I listen to a lot of indian vocal as well, and the pistons definitely fit the bill for that genre.

I'm starting to think you guys are a bunch of marketing dudes... i've caved and ordered a pair of the xiaomi pistons :D started my foray with the 8320, bought the sennheiser hd439 recently, and wanted a good pair for on the go, and you guys sold me on the pistons! can't wait till they get here..

Yeah, comfort was a very, very important thing for me, and taking that into consideration this seemed like the best choice as one of the most touted features of the HD439 was comfort. Anyway, thanks for all of your guys' advice!

First impressions: man are these comfy!! Extremely lightweight, and sits very nicely over the ears. The build quality is somewhat plasticky but does not feel cheap or weak. Definitely feels like it can last a while. Nice sound quality, great controlled bass. No way near what bass-heads would...

Hey guys,   I started my foray into decent audio with the HD202's, and then the Monoprice 8320. I preferred the sound on the 8320 much more (the HD202's seemed somewhat muddy compared to the monoprice). I want to upgrade to some bigger cans that would provide more isolation and better sound...

Monoprice just added another two "Enhanced Bass Earphones with Built-in Microphone and Play/Pause Controls", the 10154 (Blue) and 10152 (Yellow). They're $6 and the specifications say they have an 11mm driver. Build quality doesn't look too great in the images though.
