Review by 'Luchico638' on item 'Sony XBA-H3 In-ear'
I had previously used the Sennheiser IE60's before buying these. They sounded great but it still lacked some of the sound production that I got out of BA's. But full BA's lacked the bass that I loved from my IE60's. When I tried these out; I immediately knew that I needed to buy these. And for...- Luchico638

Review by 'Luchico638' on item 'COWON J3 16 GB Portable Media Player (Black)'
I bought this many years ago and I've finally decided to review it. In short, if my current one ever breaks I'll probably end up buying the same one. Build: It's a very sturdy little device that'll easily fit into most pockets. It has a fully capacitive touch screen that's large enough...- Luchico638

Need help choosing IEMS with extremely good bass presence, for use with (mostly) hip-hop/dance/rock.
Hey, I'm currently shopping around for new IEMS, My current budget is about $300 Canadian. I want something that has extremely good bass without sacrificing too much on clarity. I would also like something that has good isolation. I have a pair of Sennheiser IE60 IEMS and I feel they lack...- Luchico638

Need help building a 5.1 surround sound system for use as a home theatre.
Hey, its just as the title says. I had a home theatre in a box from Sony, and for movies and games (which I want this setup to be for) it was perfect. I need to replace this since one of my dogs decided it would be a great idea to pee on it. I have a budge for maybe $600 or $700 before tax. I'd...- Luchico638

Over/On-ears that have have great bass/clarity and dont need an amp.
The title says it all; but to be more specific. I currently have Sennheiser IE60's. I love them to death but I'm currently looking for a pair of on/over hears to compliment them. I'd PREFER over ears. I listen to hip-hop, dance mostly, but I do actually listen to every genre possible. I wanted...- Luchico638

I don't mind having the attached cable, I'd rather not risk losing one of my earbuds. I just wished the cable was less stiff/freezable.- Luchico638

Need help choosing the right IEM's for me
While I can't recommend some for you I can tell you the difference between the 1 and 4 drivers etc. Generally (this doesnt apply for all), the drivers will act accordingly. 1. General, nothing special about this. Okay all around but very lacking in bass and high ends etc. 2. Subwoofer...- Luchico638

Do I need a dedicated soundcard?
I do a lot of gaming. I mostly play StarCraft II. I would like to have true surround since my speakers are 5.1. My headset, I believe, is only stereo, which is more than enough for me.- Luchico638

Do I need a dedicated soundcard?
I know I can do a search, and I appologize in advance; but do I really need a dedicated audio card? My motherboard right now is what controls my sound system (optical audio) and it does it very well. Will I notice a huge difference if I change? and which would you recommend? I have a...- Luchico638

I have to agree with all the users that have foobar. It's probably the best choice. There are also so many plugins and addons that can enhance your experience.- Luchico638

Cowon J3 Impressions Thread
I've had mine for just over a year and a half. I love it and my next player will definitely be another Cowon. Even with Ortofon eQ-5's I didnt need an amp. Mine has been great so far. I just wish the paint wasnt so easy to scratch off. :(- Luchico638

Ortofon e-Q5 Impressions Thread
I used these for about a week (a few hours a day). The bass was very disappointing. Many of the songs I listen to use bass tones as part of the beat which seemed to be very lacking. I was disappointed to the point that I had to get different ones. I'm actually looking to sell them but I need...- Luchico638

Review by 'Luchico638' on item 'Sennheiser CX-300 II Natural Bass Ear Bud Headphones in Silver and Black'
I first purchased these because I wanted something good to use. Everyday travelling to and from school/work would take me about 3 hours (round trip); so having good quality IEMs that isolated me from the noisy bus and other distractions was something I wanted to have. I saw these in-store and...- Luchico638
