Interesting how we can hear differently when comparing headphones. When I compared HD560s with Sundara, HD560s definitely had more present bass. "Awful midrange shout" you describe, I experience as natural tonality that gives nice presence and naturalness to acoustic music. The treble on Sundara...- bracko

Honestly I think that what you say sounds like utter gibberish. "Don't output the sounds that provides definition" and "Those parts in the upper mids are not elevated enough"? Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
As I wrote in my previous post. AKG k712 Pro will give you similar signature but with larger soundstage and a little more "balanced" sound. It is worth an audition.- bracko
