Thanks for the review, I am after new headphones mainly for gaming and a little music and these do sound like contenders. Currently use Philips X1s and these sound like a good upgrade. Have to say I like the look of them except the headband the wood and plastic do not look very premium...

Been following this thread since I bought the X1s in January.  Have to say I still love them and use them almost daily, its a shame the pads are not replaceable, but mine still look like new.   I see Philips have a new set of headphones the L2 being released, which may interest some on this...

thanks   I currently have a Fiio E17, but to make things more straightforward and have remote control I want something that will run my speakers and headphones.  Would the headphone amp in the 3020 be of similar quality to the E17?
