What would you recommend for a phone preamp and headphone amp? Right now I'm looking at the TCC TC-754 RIAA Phono Preamp and the Fiio E9 amp (I wanted a tube amp but I can't really afford one with my budget).

I'm getting a new portable amp soon ( probabily the fiio e11) but I can't decide between a LOD or a new player (clip zip). If you recommend a LOD then what one do you recommend?
