Sadly I do have exactly the problem that my outer ear is just too small, so it looks like no Westone 4s for me. Heir Audio 4.ai look considerably smaller compared to the Westones - is that right?

Does anyone know the size of the Westone 4 housing compared to the Meelec M6? The M6 housing was just too big to fit comfortably - couldn't get a good seal and they fell out easily. The W4s sound nice but the housing looks similar.
