Looking for analytic open headphones for $150 or less
Quote: sorry, but I haven't heard so many headphones in my life, and among all of them 8400 is the closest one to your desired headphone. No open headphone comes to my mind in this price range. But IMO you won't be disappointed with 8400s. They are amazing, but I wish it had a tad more bass...- Black Sun

m50 to d7000 upgrade?
D7000 is one of the best cans that you can get for those specific genres. Also consider LCD-2 (rev2).- Black Sun

Fostex T50RP(LFF's Paradox) or Hifiman HE-400
Thanks paradoxper, jerg, hekeli, TMRaven, planx & LFF for your replies. HE-400 bass is the closest one to LCD-2 rev2 graphs (my reference in bass), so I prefer HE-400 over others in this area. But I've got a question about its mids. In graphs its shape is a little bit weird when I...- Black Sun

Fostex T50RP(LFF's Paradox) or Hifiman HE-400
Quote: Thank you for your reply. But you made me worry about HE-400's bass response. I've heard it has an even response across the frequency range and it is slightly U shaped, but from your words I got a bad feeling that it is a bass heavy can. If it is bass heavy, it's not for me...- Black Sun

Fostex T50RP(LFF's Paradox) or Hifiman HE-400
It seems there is no one who have heard both of them and bumping does not help to get some more ideas. So I will go for HE-400. Thanks to everyone who helped me with their replies.- Black Sun

Thank you all for your replies. @pwnm30rdi3 Can you compare them briefly, please (only in terms of SQ)? @Wje I listen to music in my own room, so I don't need isolation at all, but some guys here believe the Paradox (and even the Mad Dogs) are superior to everything...- Black Sun
