I agree about the CX300's....really not the greatest, yes, good compared to standard stock earbuds, but not against their competitors.   Read the thread on the Audio Technica ATH-CKM500 (AT newest release)...I got myself a pair based on the general consensus and I'm really happy with them...

I must agree with you on the Comply's they have rescued me on a number of occasions...and improved the whole sound...only recently used them and glad I did...the CKM's have been on the go for about 8 hours now today and I'm starting to see them open up a bit...replay certain tracks to see what...

Thanks....I have noticed this very afternoon they are now settling in a lot better...I do have lug holes you can put freeways through...I think I'll leave them running for a few days, then have another listen.....I'm now using comply t-400's and they have also helped....remind me to thank my dad...

My honest opinion...and I'm not an expert, there is many on here who can guide better, but I'd really look at others...I have CX300-ii and 400-ii  and I way prefer the Soundmagic E10...I feel they have lost there way a bit recently...

Have you dropped Jack a message at Hisoundaudio, he replies pretty quickly and is really helpful..I have a RoCoo-P and have not encountered anything like that. If all else fails, try reflashing...wished I could be of more help.
