Latex rubber gloves are a handy way to grip tubes firmly & work loose (don't even have to put them on if you don't want to, just use couple finger sections to get a firm grip).  Works like a charm.

Haven't tried in the Lyr, but for a Grant Fidelity TubeDac-11 preamp/Dac, I & many others definitely prefer the Amperex 6922 PQ US version over the Holland version. YMMV. Can't recall if this has been posted recently, but here is a good review source for 6DJ8, 6922 tubes...

+1. The matte black looked flat and rather dull IMO. The gloss black has a more distinctive character, less incognito. To each their own though, my deep burgundy Alpha's are da' bomb. :cool:

Per OSHA, maximum permissible exposure limit for 2 hrs. is 100 dBA : https://www.osha.gov/dts/osta/otm/noise/standards_more.html I use SPL meters (Rat Shack for loudspeakers & iPad app for headphones) to set volume listening range around 80- 85 dB max peaks.
