I'm new to this whole IEM thing. I'm looking to purchase a pair of in-ear monitors because I want something portable but still want that full, rich sound that you would get from headphones. So do IEM's get anywhere near the quality as studio headphones do?

  Or perhaps what kind of eartips are the ones on the pink and black earphones? I have small ears so I need these kind. If there are any other suggestions, please feel free to leave some. Thanks!
