I use The XPA 200 with both the HE 6 and LCD 2.2 absolutely beautiful and no problems with the volume except you want it basically off on your source or preamp to start with and go up gradually---   I am using both phones balanced   Jack

As I said in an earlier post I am using the Audeze Vegan pads and all you need to do once you have them aligned to where you like them is put a little piece of tape on the outside of the pad to the cup--keeps it from moving around an in position...   Jack

No---the tape is on the outside of the pad to the outside of the cup--just a small piece--to keep the pads from moving-spinning around once positioned where you like them...   Jack

I am using the Vegan pads with mine and I just used the double sided tape rings that comes with them and placed the tape ring directly on the pad then stuck the hi fi man ring directly to that and mounted them to the cups--PS a little tape between pads & cups stops any movement in the pads once...

I've had the same issues with all my Schiit products and solved them by simply going to a 3 to 2 prong adapter with all of them with no other issues--   No more Hum--   Jack
