I don't know how fiio handles this kind of situation but I think you'll have to ship your x5 to get the screen changed. Try contacting them and ask them what options are available for you.

Here's your problem !   On a more serious note : have you tried a different cable? Have you tried connecting the device to another computer? Let's get this thing to function properly together.

I'm thinking about grabbing a X5 to replace my lg g4 in my portable audio setup. I just ordered a pair of Vibro labs ARIA aswell. Should I make the jump and grab the X5? I really wonder if it'll make that big of a difference.

I received my K553 today, I'm loving them so far! Didn't think I'd enjoy them this much right off the bat.

If the massdrop reaches lowest price I'm in! Just bought AKG 553 for 119$ so I'm pretty happy with massdrop atm.
