Hi. just got this earbud, and I'm trying to pairing with my Samsung s20 phone. it keeps failing. I'm coming from sony XM4, it pairs automatically with no issue. it's already a hassle. Not a good start. any suggestions with pair tw2?

Yes it work...volume now have some meat. Although, good solid with rock, metal and Ariana grande. Jazz and classical little weak...btw, I'm using power amp app. I'm heavy listening in jazz orchestral opera music Still happy with xm4.

Right I'm with xm4 and Android. I've been using outside environment..like air field..inside the bus..when quiet environment still not satisfied with volume..I guess it's just me..

The volume I play crank it up all the way. I just hear less than 50% volume. I just can't figure it out listen lesser volume...

I guess most of the people have issues with the call quality. ANC is really superior, I'm working at the airport and it really blocks out airplane noise. (Not every noise but really helps my ear). The sound quality, I prefer Sennheiser TW2. (in my opinion). it fits perfectly but I can't use it...
