I don't think you'll be unhappy.  I did enjoy the hd-25's very much and found them to have a "fun" sound.  My main probelem was that the mids seemed a little bit recessed for me which for my musical tastes was a deal breaker     Again, it might be that I'm just too used to the Grado sound. 

I vote for the SR225is.  I found the SR325is too bright (this coming from someone who really enjoys the Grado sound).  I didn't give them enough time to break in, so you might want to take that into consideration.  When I tested them, I liked the 325>HD25>V-moda M80. I still prefer my SR80i...

I'm not positive, but I think the v-moda M-80's come with two cables (A three button one for ipods and a one button one for mics),  while the v-80's come with just the one button mic cable.  Again, I'm not positive though.
