Bose ie2. They aren't for me, or many other head-fiers, but if you you are looking for yurbuds with beats bass, than that is exactly what they are. they are about $100, so right around your price range. Bose also has great customer service and return policy, so youve really got nothing to loose. 

Etymotic Hf2/3/5. Kevlar cables, simple and solid design, drivers that have proven themselves to be among the best since 1991. I mean come on, it's a single ba that achieves what a lot of multi ba drivers wish they could.
