I just wanted to give an update, as I have been using the K3003s a lot lately and I have absolutely fallen in love with them. They have definitely opened up since the first time I listened to them. I guess I also had to get used to them. Well, I have and how!! They are amazing and I hear things...

Many thanks wormsdriver, that's very useful input. I guess I will have to get used to it, tweak the seal a bit and perhaps add an amp. As for source, I use a Cowon J3. Is there any portable amp you would suggest?
