Samsung Galaxy Nexus or S3 for SQ?

I have a S2 and feel empty with my lacking a portable mobile to play decent music.I am considering selling my s2 and getting the Nexus or the S3. I see both should be supported by supercurio so am wondering from a SQ point of view should there be any difference between them both?

Wolfson DAC confirmed for Galaxy S3!

Argh @ my SGS2!   Its the only thing I dont like about this phone.... and am envious of my wife and my old SGS1 w/ Voodoo...   Tempted with the SGS3...though might just get a Sansa Clip + for my music needs..

Cowon J3 or i10? I only care about SQ.

There is a huge difference in price for these players in the UK...and am wondering what additional features the j3 provide for the money. I have a SGS2 and a Asus transformer so don't care about video playing on the Cowen. All i care about is sound quality, and volume levels. Any advice is welcome.

Would a Fiio E7 make a Samsung Galaxy S2 Sound any better?

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated!   Looks like its not such a good option for my phone after all..(unless I just want the volume louder)   Will look into the Sansa Clip, I assume the audio quality is better than the looks of the unit?    Doesnt exactly look slick

Current opinions on the Panasonic HTF600E-S Headphones?

I have been looking a decent set of cans to use on my PC for Gaming & Music, however have researched myself to a point where I am not buying anything (was going to buy the Denon A2000, but cant justify the price).   I stumbled across a set of the Panasonic Headphones for £30($45), and am...

Best Setup for Gaming & Music?

Thanks for confirming that going via speaks aux connection is not ideal.   Considered the front port, however that still leaves me with the problem of not being about to control the volume levels.....

Best Setup for Gaming & Music?

Firstly I have a set of logitech 5.1 speakers, nothing fancy, but they are fine for the few times I use the speakers. They require a 3 wire connection (green black orange). I am about to push the button on a decent set of cans (Denon AHD2000) and am unsure what my best setup is..... I am...

Denon D2000, or something else? (complete n00b)

Quote: Thanks for the relpy!   I havent considered the Grado's much tbh, but perhaps I should revisit why I excluded them. I think it was to do with the styling, and that they are generally open backed (I need some isolation if I want to stay married).   Will read up some on the...

Denon D2000, or something else? (complete n00b)

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated!   Quote:   I guess Neutral, with Bass that can kick in when needed. The phones will be for FPS Gaming, Rock / Metal / Punk type music (and Pop when ever my wife is using them)   I am not an audiophile, but just want to get good phones...

Denon D2000, or something else? (complete n00b)

Yes, I guess you have a point! Though it sounds like a bad defect for the amount of money these headphones cost. I maybe shouldn't admit this but I don't know what type of sound I am after.... I have a set of Sennheiser CX300ii in ears which are sweet. I however am looking for a good over ear...

Denon D2000, or something else? (complete n00b)

I am a complete n00b when it comes to headphones, but have some cash that I would like to but a decent pair of cans. The D2000's look nice to me, however I have read some reviews of the pins holding the ear pieces breaking. Have any if you guys heard about this issue? I require new headphones...
