Thanks for the replies. More good feedback for the X3s. The Super.fi 5 Pros sound great, but they are about double what I want to spend

I'm seriously considering a pair of the X3s. Jaben's bundles (+ $10 for the ATH-CK5 or + $42 for the DTX50) seem like an even better deal though. I've heard a few good comments on the DTX50s, but very little about the CK5. Any more opinions on either of these?

I purchased a set of Shure e2cs about three years ago, and they are starting to die on me. I've been very happy with them and they quite reasonably priced now £34, so I'm tempted to just buy another pair. I'd like to try something new, but I don't want to too much more (up to £50/$100 or so)...
