Simple IC. Canare L-4E5C and generic connectors. Nothing fancy here. Also, if someone could post a close up of their soldering joints, that would be very helpful. Thank you.- JoshuaaT

Removable Cable Mod for MDR-V6? (advice/suggestions needed!)
I'm not sure what those headphones look like inside, so either A.) Someone can chime in and provide and picture or B.) You can open them up yourself. From my understand, you just wire the positive, negative and grounds just like normal. First of all though, buy a soldering iron. You won't...- JoshuaaT

That sleeving is actually quite soft. It doesn't have the plastic feel like the other ones I have tried. I actually prefer it. :|- JoshuaaT

My cable, with the sleeving, measures in at just a hair under 1/4". It won't fit over anything larger than the L-4E5C though.- JoshuaaT

No, those cables have 15 strands. Sorry, the stranded cables are actually 10awg each. The other wire is 6 awg. All of it is solid, so I have 15 strand 10 awg and single 6 awg wire.- JoshuaaT

I have it off of the spool. It is pretty flexible. I also have some pieces that are sleeved and have 15 strands each cable. I can't lift all of it, but 20-35 ft. lengths are a lot easier to manage. I just want to try and make use of some of it before I recycle it.- JoshuaaT

Help with headphones
I recently received a free pair of Turtle Beach PX21 for gaming because they had some problems. I fixed all of the problems except one. I don't know much about the wiring, so I thought you guys could help. They produce all sounds except for voices. The voices are barely distinguishable when...- JoshuaaT
