Earphones known for their durability?
I don't normally sit on them, they're almost always in my front pocket, I'm talking more like once in a blue moon. Though they will be with my keys a lot. I'll look into the brands you recommended :)- 192405

Earphones known for their durability?
Hey there guys, I like to use headphones at home, but when I'm on the go, I like to use earphones as they're much more convenient. I pretty much try to always have some earphones on me, they're usually earphones in the 30-60$ range. Most of the time, these earphones last on average 6-8 mths...- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Understood :) Though since I can't really get my hands on a pair to try (Long and McQuade doesn't carry a pair :( ), I just wanted to make sure it doesn't have a grossly overbearing bottom end. Since overall, it seems like a better headphone than the 7506s. Just iffy on the sound sig.- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Thats a very, very good point. I was listening to these through my Brainwavz Delta IEMs since I'm at my college, and these are not the most neutral sounding IEMs out there. Im just looking for someone with experience with the M40X and whether they are so bass heavy as they appear. I do not...- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
So I did a bit of looking about and I think it's between the Sony MDR-V7506/V6, or the Audio Technica M40X. Looking for information, it seems I may like the M40x's better due to better durability, comfort, looks, and the whole two detachable cable thing which means if I mess up a cable like...- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Yeah found a pair of 7506s at a local store: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?item_id=034513 I could take a look at the ones you listed, but I was just curious as to whether these have similar sound/durability/comfort as the V6. I know you said the 661 isnt quite as...- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
I use them for everything. Music, gaming, movies, etc. Source? Nothing special. Just my notebook computer and my Nexus 5. I dont have a big amp due to being a student since it'd be inconvenient to have that at school with me every day.- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Its not so much the earpads that are the issue. Its the whole "cutting out" thing :( I would love to fix it and breath more live into my pair, but again, don't know how to find the issue, what it costs to fix, etc.- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Ill take a look at the HP150s :) Might you know how different the MDR V6 and the MDR V7506 are? I actually managed to find a pair of 7506s for less money than V6s, but wouldnt want them if they're too different.- 192405

Sony MDR-V6s alternatives?
Hey there guys! So I personally love my Sony MDR-V6, and I've had them for about four years now. I still love the sound of these things and fit and everything, but after four years things are starting to deteriorate. The earpads are pretty much coming unbound and flaking, which isn't a big...- 192405

Looking for affordable, DURABLE earphones
I don't keep them in a case as they're meant to be super convenient in my pocket. Adding the case would be too bulky :/- 192405

Looking for affordable, DURABLE earphones
Hey there guys! Looking for a quick suggestion on durable earphones. In the past 2 years I've gone through tons of earphones, from SoundMagic PL21s, Brainwavz M1s, JVC Black Edition Earphones (those carbon nanotube ones) and a couple others, and they have ALL broke in one way or another. I...- 192405

Need a good IEM (<60$ CAD)
Hey there guys! So my earphones (Brainwavz M1) are starting to die after 10 or so months. While they did have pretty good sound quality, I'm quite dissapointed as they were supposed to have "amazing build quality", and didnt quite live up to that. So I'm looking for a new IEM thats <60$...- 192405
