Hey wondering if there is anybody out there that's tried the 50 cent or ludicrous headphones

They are typical celeb/rapper endorsed bass heavy cans with not much accuracy. I have SOUL by Ludacris SL150 (for review) and don't like them at all. They're dark, veiled and heavily coloured towards the lower frequencies, with muddy bass response. I'm guessing the 50 cent would sound similar...

Fashion on ear showdown (Sol Republic Tracks HD, Nootec ZORO HD, Fanny Wang 1000)

I haven't heard the others you've listed, but I received my Zoro HD earlier and they offer a fairly neutral and balanced sound. I think they sound great and feel comfortable for on ear cans. I mainly listen to oldskool intelligent jungle, reggae, R&B and trance. Bass is excellent , tight...

PRESS RELEASE: Sennheiser announces the MOMENTUM On-Ear headphone

I've had these for a couple of days and think they sound good for their small size. I found their overall sound is fairly well balanced and neutral, although slightly veiled. Bass is decent but doesn't extend that well into the sub-bass region, which is a shame. Bass distortion was evident when...

Reply to review by 'kmw1' on item 'Philips Fidelio L1'

Good review! Wonderfully designed and comfortable, but offer a disappointingly restrained and veiled sound. Instrument separation is quite poor and some instruments are not audible. Lacking sub-bass. I'm astonished at some of the rave reviews these get in terms of sound.

Most comfortable Headphones (for BIG ears)

The HD25-1 II do have better clarity and much deeper bass then any of those headphones. A similar headphone to those is the V-MODA Crossfade M-80 - I haven't yet had the chance to test them and they have mixed reviews in terms of comfort.   If comfort is priority, then you can't go wrong...

Most comfortable Headphones (for BIG ears)

My vote goes to the HD598/600/650, which are circumaural (around the ear). I find those much more comfortable than on-ear headphones and I have quite a large head and ears. I personally wear the HD650 every day, for most of the day and I've never had to remove them for discomfort. I work...

Portable Amp for Senheisser PXC450 + Android Tablet (Asus Eee Pad)

Hi,   Could somebody please recommend a portable amp (around £100-£200) for powering my Senheisser PXC450 which I'm using with my Asus Eee Pad Transformer to watch movies in-flight? I already have a Red Sound Micro Amp, which is a great amp, but a little large and heavy. I bought the FiiO E7...
