Which is a better headphone for portable use: Which is better built? Which one isolates better? Which one is more comfortable? Which one has a better SQ- especially in classical music, Jazz and Vocals? 

Do they need an amp (like the e6) to shine? Would they be a good match for classical music?

There are claims that the rs220 is in the same level as the hd600, so it should be above the level of the hd598. 

average_joe, do you think that this CIEM will be good for classical, jazz and voices? I am mostly listening to this genres and not modern ones. If not what do you think would be a good CIEM for those types of genres?

That is quite amazing. It means that instead of buying seperate Dap you can just use you mobile and output a digital audio signal to a quality amp and dac. Only very few and expensive portable dacs works with iphone/ipod, but with the nokia n8/galaxy s2 any portable amp/dac with battery should work.

Groove I live in Israel too, and I bought the HD598 and I am not regret- they sound really great and they are really comfortable. In a few days I will also get an amp and a dac to further improve the sound... The grado looks really uncomfortable and not suitable for some generes of music.
