I picked up that $199 Samsung LCD at BB as well... terrific specs to boot I got the 7" Portable DVD player for $70 as well and it is a disappointment, the LCD on that is so bad it makes DVDs look like someone tried to shove a 2-hour feature into a 200mb divx file.

Yep, the PPX3 SLAM drives the K1000 quite nicely. Volume at about the 10:00 position produces quite a bit of noise. Nice noise, actually
