Looking for IEMs with deep and punchy Bass

Which of my devices (iPad, PSP) can power Sennheiser HD 25-1 II properly?
I'm thinking of getting new headphones, have pretty much decided on getting the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II as the reviews sound just what i'm looking for. Now however i'll obviously need a good source.
