B2's were extremely disappointing. Looking for help with new iem.

The GR07 sounds perfect for you. The bass is very satisfying without overpowering the mids.

    Westone UM3X Thread

Hmm, maybe they ran out of stock or something? I bought mine very recently (< 1 month) and I doubt they would just disappear from eBay.   Quote:

    Westone UM3X Thread

Check on eBay for the seller Audio Vengeance. He is an authorized dealer of Westone and you can offer on his products. I was able to buy the RC version of them for around $280

Should I buy Audio Technica ES10?

Have you considered the AiAiAi TMA-1s? You might not like the looks, but they're a lot cheaper than the ES10s. You can't go wrong with the ES10s though. I have a pair of ES7s(2nd pair) and they are amazing for the price!

Pictures Of Your Portable Rig (part XV)

Yes, she did. Funny how I didn't even finish watching the last season of Smallville yet. The Clip drives them VERY nicely. With Rockbox, I leave the Clip at around -40 dB which is pretty darn low. The UM3Xs are very sensitive though. I need about 1-2 ticks on my iPhone 3GS to get to my desired...

    Considering UM3X

Soundstage is basically being able to hear where each instrument/music source is coming from. A large soundstage would be similar to listening to a live performance in a big theater.

Removable cable versions come with silicone tips AND Comply tips. You get around 5 pairs or something like that. There's also a carrying case and some papers.

    Water damage question?

By drying them off, do you mean you just wiped the outside? The worst thing to do with wet electronics is to use them before they're fully dry. There could've been water inside the drivers and using them could've possibly damaged something inside.

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Man. It sucks how the UM Miracles are WAYYY out of my price range. I've been thinking about getting into customs for a while, but I can never justify the prices for them since I rarely use my IEMs

    SansaClip+ Rockbox Impressions thread

I've been wondering this too. If it doesn't merge into the database, then it would be VERY annoying to have to switch between microSD and internal memory.   Quote:   That's great to know. Would you be able to find the microSD songs in the Database of the Clip+ with all the songs...

    SansaClip+ Rockbox Impressions thread

I've been using my Clip+ for the past week and I've been thinking about getting an amp to power my UM3X. They're already very sensitive and I don't know if I would even be gaining anything from it. What do you guys think? The amps I've been thinking about were the Fiio E11 and the PA2V2

It's actually very comfortable once you get use to wearing it. For the first two days, I wore it semi-slanted and part of the IEM was rubbing against my ear and caused it to hurt after a while. After I found out why it was hurting, I fixed it and it's perfect now.

    UE700 vs DBA-02 vs B2??

You're not buying them online? The only option is the UE700 then if you can find it in stores. The DBA-02 or the B2 is not sold in stores anywhere

About to pull the trigger on the UM3X RC's (VERY SHORTLY!)

    Cheapest Sport Breathable "Healthy" Headphones

So you basically want a pair of headphones that doesn't block out sound. Then, any pair of open headphones would work. If you want it for sports, check out the Koss Portapro or the KSC75s

    Considering UM3X

I just received my UM3X RC today and I must say that they are excellent with the details and instrument separation. Now, they may not be as fun as the TF10s(my previous IEMs), but they are definitely not lacking anywhere.

Clip+ Synced Songs Turns to Numbers?

It leaves the original firmware on there. If you want to sync, you turn off the Clip+ and plug in the USB cable. That way, the Clip+ will turn on and boot into the original firmware so you can sync. After you're done, you unplug the USB cable, turn the Clip+ off, and turn it back on so you can...

    Help Design A Budget Rig!

If you listen to hip-hop, then the RE0s are not for you. You should read through this and look for a bass-heavy IEM.   http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/478568/multi-iem-review-183-iems-compared-soundmagic-e10-added-7-20

"Best" all around trebly IEM under $200?

The TF10s have pretty sparkly highs. It also has a lot of bass(for a BA IEM), but the isolation might be so-so if they don't fit you.

Clip+ Synced Songs Turns to Numbers?

They're all properly tagged through iTunes. I just deleted all the music from my Clip+ and drag-and-dropped them through MediaMonkey so it's working fine now. Thanks.

Clip+ Synced Songs Turns to Numbers?

So, I just got a Clip+ today and when I Rockboxed it. I synced a bunch of songs with MediaMonkey, but when I browse for them through the Clip, ALL of the song names come up as 1, 2, 3, 4,... etc. Is this some sort of setting that I need to turn off?

    Sansa Clip

You probably wouldn't be able to tell the differences. I myself have a Clip+ and an iPhone 3GS and they sound very similar. Just read up on them and make sure FLAC is supported(Clip+ supports FLAC). Then, pick whatever you prefer.
