I have recently become an owner of an S:Flo2 (it took long enough). I tried transferring my iTunes files to the S:Flo2 but it didn't work. The S:Flo2 only seems to recognize mp3s. My iTunes files are a mixture of mpeg-4, AAC, and Apple Lossless. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? It seems...

20 DAYS?! Try waiting for four months. And I got a tracking number in mid-December. Problem? Didn't work. Good luck with your order because I am having none with mine.

After I placed my order I googled "MP4Nation bad reviews" and you wouldn't believe the problems people have with them. Good luck with your order though.

Nope, not yet. I have sent emails and opened tickets to find out what the problem is and I get generic "we're swamped and working on it" replies. I'll ask for a refund in the next couple of days. I sent out some emails and opened another ticket, so if that doesn't work then I'm done with them.

Yea, I totally agree. A month or two is one thing but I ordered it the 10th of October. There is no excuse for THAT. This is what I get for going against the S9 and J3.
