I got an AHD2000 recently my self and am thinking of an e7 or a Nuforce uDac2-HP

I dont live in the US, I am from UAE.    Amazon is the best place to buy from for me, Also werent those 2 amps the same? Nuforce said they were identical in everything other than the outputs    

Hi   I have a denon AHD2000 which I use with my high end PC, I was told that getting an amp would improve the sound quality so I decided I would spend a 100$ +-10$ on an amp and these 2 are the best reviewed ones so far  ...

Might get the E7 for now and see if it really does improve, from there I might upgrade to the E9

I haven't yet, I am new here One thing though, I have a high end pc( built in sound card) is it worth paying that kind of money for an amp Won't it be better to invest in a better head set?

Hi I just bought the ahd2000 , I never owned a headphone amp before, is it worth it ? I was looking at 200$ max Portability is not an issue

OK I had no idea amps could cost 2000$ Do i need something that expensive? Won't it be better to invest in better headphones?   How much would an amp that can drive the AHD2000 to its full potential would cost   sorry if I said something stupid, I am new...  

thanks for the reply   About the budget, I am not sure how much good amps cost but I think 100$ is what I am willing to pay unless I need to pay more  If the sound quality is the same a portable one won't be so bad but I assume that isn't the case
