That speaker looks gorgeous. Just one question: can I use it in my car? From what I saw, it has to be powered by a power cord, it doesn't have batteries or anything allowing it to be powered from that car cigarette lighter, right?  

Unfortunately I live in Brazil and hence I can't go to Target and get an Ipod dock.. if I could, I definitely would. In Brazil, stores like Walmart don't sell this kind of thing, and when it's sold, we find a high price for something very poor. This is why I'm trying to order something online.

Hello, if 3 dimensions means surround sound, I'm afraid the E9 can't provide you that. If you use a computer, you should look for audio boards that support this feature, or if you are looking for surround sound while playing a videogame, you should buy something like astro's mixamp.   Quote:

Yeah, ou can use the E7 (dac/amp) without the E9 without any problems with your notebook. All you have to do is connect them using the USB cord provided in the E7 package.   Quote:
