Curious if anyone has experience with the Alclair Versa IEMs? They run $249USD and are dual bore and dual driver. I'm contemplating snagging a pair, but was curious if anyone had experience or knowledge regarding this model.

Same thing happened to me. Please, DO NOT put them in the freezer overnight. That is terrible for the internals and could cause permanent damage. SE215 or Westone 1 are both around 100 and offer very good value. My SE215s should be in Tuesday, and I have heard the 1's. Just depends on the type of sig. you are looking for.

I used to have that problem with IEM's, but I finally figured out that the IEMs that sit in my ear, rather than stick out, provide the best fit. Take a look at something like the Westone UM1, or even MEElectronics M6 and see if that style works for you.

Is there anyway to get the Westone's without buying the complete fit kit?

I can't seem to find a price for under $20. Do you know a site or do they just regularly go on sale for that price?

I appreciate the suggestion, but $65 is a little over budget for this. They only play once a month and most will only wear them in one ear anyway (aside from the drummer who usually brings cans). Any other suggestions?
