Amp for DT880 ohm
Thanks. Between Tomahawk and the hornet, which one is a better match for the dt880 if i listen mostly to jazz, vocals and some pop? Thanks! Quote: Originally Posted by GreatDane In the higher price range, there are great options from RSA(Hornet & Tomahawk) and HeadAmp (AE-2).- singletrack

DT880 32 ohm vs 250 hm
ok, i just tried both v quickly. I am surprised that the volume differences are not that great between the 2 phones using my ipod (unamped). I'ts a little bit louder on the 32ohm but not substantialy. will audition more.- singletrack

Better Headphones then Shure e2c's under 70 $$ ??
Prodeek, I have the px100 which I use with my ipod 4g. It's slightly dark sounding and there's ample bass but with the unamped ipod, not very defined bass. I am generally pleased with it and only have a complain in that it doesn't isolate well at all so if you plan to use it on your commute...- singletrack

Apple in ear buds vs Sony Ex71
Anyone have Apple in ear buds? Am looking at getting these phones and have heard that they sound better than Sony Ex71s if you get a good seal with the tips. Read that if you fit the tips from the Sony EX71 to the Apple in ear buds, that the sound is quite good. Have tried e6i (too expensive...- singletrack
