Which is better w/o amped and amped? Cost wise theyre the same, BUT the JH's come with 2 yr warranty with the UE comes with only 1.   I've looked around, but no one can give a sound wise distinction. Any thoughts?

Well my budget isnt too low or too high. I do wish to invest quite a good amount of $ because I do not often buy full sized headphones so I want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck. I'd say up to 300$ Thanks for your input. Please do keep the suggestions coming!
