Listening to my brand new used G109-P with HD600's. The album is Led Zeppelin's first. Really, really impressive amp. The power is obviously there into a 300 ohm load...driver control seems pretty effortless for this German monster. Textures aren't usually the Senns' forte but acoustic...

Just got a Polaris used. Putting it through its paces with 600ohm DT880's, HD600's, and Alpha Dogs. Sounds fantastic with 2 out of the 3. Very powerful and...uh...selectively neutral. Still listening to figure out the secret to the third set of cans...

Just upgraded from the MD 3.2s to the ADs.  Probably the best $300ish I've ever spent in headphone audio.  The ADs are a significant improvement over an already amazing MD product.  I can't recommend these things enough.  I can't wait to put them on my head every day. 

I'm driving my Alpha Dogs with my G-103.  OUTSTANDING combo.

I haven't heard the HD650s but I have the HD600s which have the (subjective) reputation of being a bit more neutral (less dark) than the 650s.  So based on that, I can tell you that the V3s have a pretty similar sound signature to the HD600s...with just a touch of extra bass emphasis.  With that...
