HI... 1) You connect Poly via WiFi, Poly's Hotspot or Bluetooth. The latter is ok but not optimal for best sound quality. 2) If you connect your phone to Poly's hotspot, you won't be able to access the internet (with your phone) unless you perform a simple modification to the network...

500 is correct, you may want to give the comfort series a try too.  I've been using them for a few months; they seem to give me the best seal, without having the end of the K10 port recessed too far into tip.

My AK120 Titan will play DSD (DSF) files,  however they're decimated to 88.2 sample rate via optical out/TOSlink connection with Hugo.  Hugo's light is yellow, not white.     I've converted some DSF to FLAC, using Sonore DSD2FLAC, to a 176.4 sample rate and I get the white light when playing...

My Hugo is completely dark with music paused via AK120/Toslink listening through my K10Us, Roxys and HD800s   I also have the TTVJ Slim w/5.1 iPod connected; it's completely dark as well listening through my Westone 4R's, UM3Xs and Beyer 1350s

Sample Rate Question   I'm using Audirvana Plus (DSD over PCM Standard 1.0) to play DSD64 files from my MAC to my Hugo via HD USB input,  and get the white sample rate indicator.  When I play the same file from my AK120 using Hugo's stock TOSLink cable, the sample rate indicator is 88.2...

  Gotcha...hope you solve it soon.  I'd def try going back one/two versions in the firmware to see if that helps.

  Have you tried to play some off a MicroSD as opposed to internal?  Maybe going back a version or two in the firmware?  Try to eilminate a much as you can before sending it in

If it happens repeatedly on one particular song (file).  Take a spare MicroSD card, reformat and add just that song, see if it works.  If not, then you know media storage is not the answer.

  Given they are "universal" I'd would have expected the bore to be a standard length across the board.  Being able to specify or choose between (S,M,L) bore length would be a nice option.   

  Are you sure your cable is capable of handling the higher frequency?  I've also seen certain DACs stating that higher frequencies can only be achieved via certain inputs.

  Interesting, the stem on the K10u is quite short in comparison to my Roxys; I personally could use about 2-3 more mm for enhanced fit/feel. 

  I will certainly attest to this.  My DMB studio library is 16/44 FLAC and it sounds fantastic.  There's no substitute for excellent mastering and production.
