Thanks Tai, for the another great review. I've been tempting to pull a trigger on the R50 for my brother as a new year gift. I think based on your recommendation for the sound produced from the R50, I can safely select the R50. 

Thanks kjk1281 for your great review. After having a chance to test the sound quality from both Sennheiser MX 471 and Sennheiser MX 580. I decided to pull the trigger on the MX580 due to more sound clarity and more balance. I feel that the MX471 has a tad too much bass compared to MX580...

Since the sound quality of these two are on par, and the difference is on some presentation of forwardness and laid-back. It is more clear to me now that my next pair of IEMs will surely be the DBA-02. Please help giving me one more useful advice, I wonder whether I should choose the DBA-02...
