That's really sad, it's so basic for sennheiser for doing........ another point I forgot, in MTW3 I cannot set transparancy mode during calls and I keep talking too laud due to that on calls, is it the same as well?

Guys, how MTW4 are compared to MTW3 regarding customization? I mean, for me ther MTW3 is pain the as* because there is no possibility to customize the buttons. It's default confiuration for touch when you are in a call ( phone or Microsoft Teams ) is to close the call and you cannot change that...

Just as a feedback, after starting using the dongle for Microsoft Teams all goes fine. I think the problem before was using the dongle WITH the bluetooth connection active at the same time with the computer.

I'll try tomorrow connecting only the dongle and disconnect the BT. Another question, into that you guys use the Game or Chat ( for Audio and for Mic )? Just to be sure. Last time I tried(but BT was connected) I just could with any one them. No sound at all.

Anyone facing Bluetooth issues using M$ Teams after last firmware upgrade? After I end a call and enter in the next one, I have no sound. I have to turn off maxwell and turn on again to get it back. Never had it on old firmware.

I'll try to clarify a few situations : 1) If I'm listening from Chrome, example, using my P2 connection. Them plug the dongle first and turn Maxwell on. Maxwell becomes Green as the default comm but it doest not automatically switches to it. I usually goes to windows taskbar near computer clock...

Is there any way to check who has the priority at certain time? I mean, if I dont do the procedure I told before, when I plug the dongle I can hear audio coming from dongle butt then it dies. Maybe is some device or other stuff getting priorities? I just not sure how to check it.

I agree that games+windows has something that makes it special terrible ! But also, I do have some problems with the dongle Chat/Game if I dont do the things in the order that I mantioned above. But if using BT I would say that I have low problems. Just a few times mic doest connect do M$ Teams...

It's not just worse.... It deform your voice in a very weird way. Record yourse with Mic Record in Windows and check it. If it was just a "low quality" mic it should be better. But seems like I'm speek with a botato in my mounth specially words using "S". Very very weird.

Same here. I've been using PC+Mobile and it does not goes sleep. If I turn off my mobile BT then it sleeps after the input time on AudezeHQ.

Does anyone tried to fit WICKED CUSHIONS from Penrose into Maxwell? I saw they are a bit different shape and size, but it maybe fit. Not sure... WC doest not devlivery in my country it's hard to buy a new one.

New firmware released... still not present Side Tone function( As the TWS2 has....) and cannot change functions for calls. Sennheiser is a shame for TWS.... Ill get again a Jabra or a Sony XM4/5
